At Optical Gaging (S) Pte Ltd, our experts have been through rigorous training on the details of our measurement systems, and are a great first contact for training. Formal training classes are also available at our premises or the Asia local representative partners for metrology and supporting software — KOTEM. Courses combine lecture and hands-on experience starting with an introduction to the system. MeasureMind 3D and ZONE3 Software training classes are scheduled physical or online.

At OGS, we practice a blended learning program. We incorporate face to face elements for new users and help new users to revise learned topics by introducing SmartScope Academy – eLearning platform.

MEASUREMIND 3D TRAINING
TOUCH PROBE
Basic operations are reviewed and used to program sample parts. The goal of the course is to strengthen skills and provide specific help for beginning students using MeasureMind 3D MultiSensor software. Separate courses are available for the use and calibration of all multi-sensors.
ZONE3 TRAINING
Basic operations are reviewed and used to program sample parts. The goal of the course is to strengthen skills and provide specific help for beginning students using ZONE3 software. Separate courses are available for the use and calibration of all multi-sensors.
MEASURE-X
Learn Measure-X in the most comprehensive method with our software experts. The goal of the course is to strengthen skills and provide specific help for new users or existing users who need a refresher course using Measure-X metrology software. The basic operation, theories and application of the different functions to achieve the measurements result required.
SNAP-X
Discover the convenience of SNAP-X metrology software through the course. Understand the application of SNAP-X with the simple, powerful interface with a full range of feature measurements with or without a pre-programmed routine.
Three functions — SNAPshot, Run & Program, allow for a range of different uses varying from fast walk-up measurement to advanced GD&T analysis, all according to the measurement requirements.
MEASUREFIT
This course covers the basic use of the MeasureFit 2D contour fitting software using generic parts. Applications Support is recommended for customers interested in solving specific applications.
EVOLVE SmartProfile & SPC
EVOLVE SmartProfile optimizes inspection processes enabling manufacturers to shorten product design and development time, improve quality, and reduce costs through improved efficiency.
EVOLVE SPC is a full statistical process control software that shows every measured feature is viewable interactively in the 3D CAD model or in the tables and graphs. Hence, making it easy to visualize process variations by characteristic.
Through the course, users will grasp the essential functions of the EVOLVE SmartProfile & EVOLVE SPC and apply them to the lifecycle of the product manufacturing process.
QC-CALC
This course covers the basics in programming the data collection process result, grouping the data from multiple sources, filtering it, monitoring shop floor processes to running data charts, and ultimately reducing scrap levels.
SMARTREPORT
Optimize the entire process in collecting and displaying measurement results with SmartReport. The course provides the knowledge to create a program to collect the measurement data without the users’ intervention automatically. Users will learn to customize the data report and export it into the different output formats.
